Engine run on
Changed pulgs and plug wires the past weekend, now when I turn the key off, I have a little engine run on. Just for a second or two. Nothing else on the car has been changed. I've checked the timeing, and its set at 9-10 deg. Should I back it off to 8 ?

Maybe you're idleing too high and it's pulling the timing in. Then when you shut off the car you have some advance in and the car putts for a sec. Check the idle speed and then look at when your advance comes in.
