Default Chevy SUV Question (Surburban)

Is there anyway to bypass the 100mph cut off without reprograming the computer professionaly. (i.e. not having to hook the Surburban to a computer or add any computer chips)

For anyone who does not know, the Chevorlet Trucks and SUVs cut off when the speedometer hits 100mph (220km)

96-99 A hypertech power programmer III will take of it
I think it will for a 2000+ too but it is a different programmer.

The question is, do you really want a Suburban to go over 100mph ?

The speed limiter is in the computer, so reprogram is your only option. I think that HPP3 is about your easiest option. Try www.gm-trucks.com. There's a few of us CF guys over there too.
