Manual window regulator pivot worn?
Hi,
I'm reassembling my driver side door (68 conv.) and have noticed that the pivot point (the point out on the sheet metal arms) on the (manual) window regulator is very loose and non-distinct. I suspect it's very worn down which causes the glass to be easily wiggled back/forth 1"+ when installed in the door. How tight should the pivot rivet/busing be? Anyone have any smart ideas how to fix this? I will probably drill out the large rivet and inpect later tonight.
