Transistor ign question
Does anyone know if this modern day GM electronic ign module can be adapted to work with a 60's GM transistor ign distributor?

It will work fine...
Just hook up the two wires from the magnetic pickup in the distributor to the pair of electronic pickup wires from the GM electronic ign module.
Pull the distributor and hook it up with the module and a spark coil to test it... If you hook up the distributor's wires correctly, the spark occurs when the 8 points on the rotor align with those on the stator (pickup). If you get it backwards, there won't be a spark then, so reverse the wires.
