Any suggestions on where to start with trying to diagnose why my heater is not working, fan barely blowing and no heat.
If you can hear the fan spinning on high but feel no air flow out of any vents you likely have a blockage.
I'd check for blockage at the fan side of the heater core (or evaporator core if A/C equipped).
Over the years debris gets sucked into the fan through the wiper cowl and is then blown into the heater/AC exchanger which acts like a filter blocking all airflow into the car.
