Manual trans question
A club member contacted me last night and asked if I knew of any drain plug kits for a manual trans. His car is a 73 SB with a 4 speed.
First I have to ask, does the manual trans have a drain plug from the factory? All of my Vettes have been autos. I know they make kits for autos.
If no kit has anyone installed a drain plug on their own? Where did you put it and how did you do it?

All Muncies with casting #3925661 had them, as do all M22 rockcrushers. To add one to a case without a drain plug one would have to drill and tap the blank boss near the bottom of the case and install the proper pipe-threaded plug.
