Can someone lead to me to a how-to for the aluminum foil idea? Not sure exactly what it is you guys mean.
Also, which cleaner wax to you recommend to use with the 0000 steel wool? What was your process or how-to for getting the best results?

For the foil, just rub the shiny side of the foil on the bumper.
For the 0000 steel wool, I didn't use any polish. I just rubbed it dry...was shocked at how easy it was, didn't have to rub hard at all. I had some well-baked road grime and oil from my steering gear that came right off.
