Default Shocks

What shocks have people used and been happy with that use the fibreglass rear spring? I have the stock Delco super dupers and they respond ok, but STIFF. I don't want mush but not kidney shattering either - or is this what a fibreglass rear spring is?

I installed the KYB GR-2 silver front & rear shocks from Vette Brakes and Products and I like 'em. The rears are valved special for the glass spring. They are not a performace shock but the do a good job on all road surfaces.

I am running KYB's and have done so for about a year and I like the way they perform. They are a bit stiffer than the origianls that I removed but the ride is acceptable. They also raised the car up approximately a half inch. I would use them again if I has a need. I have noticed that they have grey that is made specific for the composite spring, but I truly don't know if they make that much difference. The ones that I am using are the original white KYB's that cost about $150 a set.

When I bought mine Summit had the best price.

Hope this helps.
