Front Spindles??????
Can anybody give me any pointers as to how the F$&K! I can get my front spindles off of my ball joints? I have tried everything, I heated them up, pounded the sh$t out of them with a hammer, broke a pickle fork on them. I have a tool that goes through the hole where the shock would be to help compress the coil spring. This doesn't help. Any info or tricks forthcoming would be much appreciated. I am sick of this front suspension crap and want to get my engine back in.

If you have an air compressor and an impact hammer they will come off fairly easily. I usually invert the castle nut then give the stud a few quick raps with the air hammer. If you're replacing the ball joint there's no worry. If you're reusing it, take care not to damage the threads. These are tapered studs and can be very tough to get out with the tools you mentioned. I even have a "pickle fork" attachment for my air hammer.
