FAST xfi 427 sb to E85?
Hi all,
Haven't been on much in a long time. I moved to Delaware and don't have my car; it's still in Kansas. However, I may get it soon and was thinking about converting to E85. I think my braided lines, A1000 pump, aluminum fuel cell and FAST xfi system will all work fine. I'll pop my 55 lb injectors back in (48's in now), upgrade to the 2.0 xfi software next month when it comes out and let it self-tune. Will just have to change a paper element in one fuel filter I think. Anything else that might be an issue?
I might even upgrade further to a centrifugal blower eventually since I wouldn't have to change my motor except for the cam, injectors and pump. 10.4:1 compression on E85 should be able to handle 10 lbs of boost pretty easy sholdnt it? Thoughts?

I think you would need closer to 83# injectors. Your target A/F numbers would have to reflect the E85. More timing is probably available and would add power. What is your expected HP?

I probably have 550 crank now. I'm just guessing at 10 lbs of boost and 800ish.
You think I need 82 lb injectors now? I'm only running 43 psi. I can turn the fuel pressure up as well.
