I just opened up my '73 interior and I can tell you that my radio antenna cable ran along the driver's side. Here's the path:
Starting at the antenna, it ran thru a rubber bushing along with the tail light wiring harness to get inside the cabin. Then it continues to follow the wiring harness over the left-rear wheel well, down the waterfall, then along the lower inside edge of the driver's side door sill. It passes behind the left kick panel where it goes inside the big square hole ahead of the door. It pops out of a smaller hole above the hood release cable. Then it's up over the Speedo & Tach, then down to the radio.
Hope this helps,
John
On my '76, I ran the cable thru the rear grommet, over the wheelwell, behind the seat, then under the center console on the right side, up to the radio.
