Wheel Backspacing Question?

I want to order some new wheels for my 1975 L48. I'm going with a 255/R6015 tire. I found some Legend 5 Series wheels from Summit. I know the pattern for the car is 5x4.75. I was told that backspacing is 4.0. The wheel I'm looking at only comes in 3.75 Backspacing. Is this going to move the wheel and tire to the outside 1/4 of an inch. Or is it going to push it in 1/4. Thanks in advance.

it should push the wheel out 1/4 in

Thanks. That shouldn't cause any problems only going 1/4 out should it?
