after all winter fixing things now my blower wont work. doent even work when ignition on.all fairly new stuff in there, such as motor and resister and heater controls. jumped motor and it ran. anybody got a good schematic of just the blower circuit? and fuse location? my ink is all worn off the fuse panel. worked couple months ago all i did was replace gauge cluster circuit board, so that shouldnt have done anything. and i checked to make sure all plugs are plugged. boo. also jumped at orange wire on relay and motor ran.

What year? I have a wiring diagram for '80, '81 and '82. Or you can request a wiring diagram from forum member papawana. He's got them all. Or maybe go here: http://www.nrjvette.com/johdotukset/?c=d;o=d
1979. if i backprobe b+ at the brown or yellow at blower switch the fan runs ok, but parking and interior light illuminate. i have power at fuse panel on both side too. holy crap this is wiring nightmare. any suggestions? when i look at the schematics lights arent even on the circuit,
Yeah, it sounds like a nightmare, but you'll get it squared away. You first gotta start with a plan. It's gonna take a lot of research and time, but keep at it, you'll learn alot, which will help later, but for now start with isolating which circuits are at fault, and trace them all the way down. Sorry I can't be of more help, but the search box will help you get it figured out. Don't give up, keep asking questions here, you'll get it.
fixed. some bubba spliced the brown power wire and ran a redundant power feed into fuse box, a run/hot extra space. all i did was remove the a/c fuse that powers that circuit anyway and put that wire in its spot. it is a inline fused wire anyway so should be good. guess were it was power was backfeeding into my parking lamp cicuit. car really could use a new harness. but all is good now thanks for your help.
