'78 slow/no windshield wipers
When I first got my 78 a few months ago, the wipers turned on just fine. The delay didn't work, but that was ok. If I was stopped at a stop light, they would slow down tremendously. Ocassionally they would just quit working when stopped.
I don't normally drive the car in the rain, but the other day I went to run on the wipers... nothing. Played with the electric connection, nothing.
Does this sound like a motor replacement to you guys?

I replaced the motor, nothing changed. I move the switch to any position, including delay and it doesn't turn on.
Could this be the wiper relay?

I would think the switch could also be in question....

I would check to see if you are getting power to motor. Check fuse, then switch.

I think i replaced the fuse a while back, but I'll do that again. Can someone link the switch for a '78 so I have the part #?

They don't make this part anymore. You might find a used one on E-bay or a junk yard. I think there was a thread on rebuilding this switch.
