Headlight Delay on my 79vett
I have followed the sticky on the vacum head lights system and replaced all lines, light switch, and vacum relays. replaced rod seals in lh and rh actuators. The headlights are operating better than before. But the head lights do not come up together or go down together. The lh light is delayed about 3 sec. I tested the vacum tank with the engine running and it holds at 12psi.. Is this a normal operating for the head lights with a delay or do I have another problem with the sys..

Two or three drops of penetrating oil in each port on the relay helped mine work together.
