On my 383 I've got Edelbrock angled plug heads, could you help me to find compatible exhaust headers (I konw there are problems...) ??
Standard exhaust (no sidepipes) 2.5"
The car is a 69 SB with steeroids and hydraboost.
Thanks!!!!
I've had both 1 5/8th Heeadman headers and 1 3/4 Hooker super comp on my vette with angle plug heads.
Brodix and Dart were fine without spark plug clearance problems.
AFR on the other hand just SUCK This fix with AFR heads is to cut the pipes off the flange and add about a one inch pipe to each of the four primaries and reweld them up on the passenger side only.

Not sure about Edelbrock angled heads; they use a different angle than the standard L-98 angle that AFR (fits OK) and other manufacturers use. I know older E-brock angles do not fit with Hookers, and Hooker stated this info on their website. Newer Edelbrocks may have changed to the standard angle. I'd call or check with someone who runs this combo.
Thanks guys, but the real problem is about Edelbrock heads which has a strange angle different from other angle heads, so I'm looking for someone has installed Edelbrock angle heads to know what kind of exhaust header I can use..
