Help me pick some seats please...
I'm looking to replace the original leather seats in my 69 with something more "race" looking. I'm 6' 3" and headroom is an issue. Can you guys recommend something for a 69 that's sporty looking and will still give someone my size enough headroom.
Ideally looking for black seats with silver/gray center sections.
Anybody have any recommendations? Pictures would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks.

Ultrashield aluminum race seats with the driver's mounted directly to the floor should work for you. They are priced reasonably too!

I found an article on the web about using 84-88 Pontiac Fiero seats and a place called MrMikes that sells all kinds of seat cover color combinations for them. Now to try and find 84-88 Fiero seats, yeah right!

I did the install myself. Easy. Lucky moment on Fleabay. I just saw a whole Fiero on Craigslist for $700. Maybe look for a deal like that then peddle the rest.
BTW if you do use Fiero seats there is some track modification necessary. Not a big deal, but I did something different then what I have seen on other posts. I Like my way better. PM me if you go that way.
