fuel pressure problem????
here is the set up. fuel filter outside of tank into a holley electric pump(by tank) to a fuel filter at engine to a pressure guage, line splits to carb. the pressurte has been at 4-5 psi. today it started to stall on me. checked the guage and it was at 2-3. i let it sit for 2hours and went for a drive and it seems ok again.it was just a trip around the block, if i go on a long drive i fear it might start again. any suggestions???? i will change the fuel filters, if it still does it after that is it the pump???? what should the pressure be going to the 454???

I guess since you are running an electric pump tha you must also be running a regulator to control the pressure that an electric pump creates you might want to check that . The simple check of the fuel filter is always the place to start, if you cant blow threw the filter or if you take it out and bang it against something and a bunch of c--p comes out then I would also blow the lines out too. best of luck :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :cool: :seeya oh yeah carbed engines 5 to 6 pds pressure
