Gas Shocks over oil shocks
I don't know if I got this right but I was told that when using a fiberglass mono-spring the shocks will work much harder.. like a lot more little vibrations which will cause oil shocks to foam up giving a mushy type feeling/ride. Any gas shock will work with a fiberglass spring. Thoughts!

That's what I thought.. Talking with Muskegon they said no.. KYB -GR2 is an upgraded (harder) shock than the KYB. On VB's site they label the KYB -GR2 as made for the fiberglass springs or something like that. People buy them and then complain about the harder ride.. Muskegon said they spoke with KYB and KYB said any gas assisted shock would work and the GR2 was not specifically made for the fiberglass springs. I figured I'd order a new set of KYB -GR2 when ordering my fiberglass spring and when Muskegon asked what I was replacing I said, KYB.. She convinced me NOT to buy the new shocks. I guess I'll know more once I install the new spring!
