Default M22 Muncie Whine ?
Hi , Anyone here have any expierience with M22 transmitions . How bad do they whine in low gear?

How "bad" do they whine? I always thought it was a good thing. Search YouTube for Muncie M22 and you'll find plenty of clips to give you an idea.

Just Curious !!!! We are sure there is plenty of Juice in it right ?????
When I got my 74 L-82 coupe it was very low ... Sometime Bubba don't check that !!!

Bad ,sounds like something is wrong with the transmission.
Be careful,an M21 with bad bearings makes a lot of noise,bubba tells his friends he has a very rare racing "Rockcrusher" transmission.

There is lots of oil in the tranny . I have never had an M22 before so it seems very loud to me.

They whine in the three lower gears, not just first.
