68 3 x 2 intake
I have a 68 3 x 2 oval intake # 3937795 dated 1 2.16.67.
The chevy by the numbers shows this being a late 68, but by the date code wouldn't this be early. Just wanting to make sure what I have is correct.

That's the correct casting for a '68-69 L68 400HP. If like my former #3937797 L71 rectangle port intake, the date code was under the oil splash shield, which pretty much makes dating them moot as no judge should ever require documenting it.
