cs-144 Alternator install
Received alternator today along with pigtail. 
Got it installed but have a question concerning wiring.
The original plug that connects to alternator has been replaced with two crimped on connectors, my question is this, which wire (color, brown or black/white) connects to the red wire on pigtail and which to yellow? The plug only goes into alternator one way but with the original plug from the cars (1972) wiring harness gone either wire (right or wrong) could be plugged in!

On my 72, the 2 wires that would plug in to pigtail are brown and black with white stripe. I also have red wire that connects to post on back of alternator to which I ran more heavy duty wire that I will hookup.
Just not sure if it is yellow to brown or yellow to black /white stripe with the other going to red?
