Crower Cam has a spec sheet you fill out and submit and there engineers tell you what cam is best for your car. I have 3.70 but I have an over drive trans. Gears depend on what trans you have and want you want to do with your car. If you want to drag race go hi, if you want to to take long trips on highways go low. If you want to do both you need an overdrive trans. Car use would also effect what cam you want. Most of us what to do everthing with our cars but you can't do everything with out some compromise.
