Default New Member.....Does anyone recognize these???

http://www.streetfire.net/photo/1005136jpg_2013044.htm

My GF just picked up a 78 Vette and I'm going to be doing a little tinkering on it for her. One of the things I have to do is get (1) new spinner. It is missing one. The above link shows what they look like. Of the three that are still on the car, one threads onto a stud sticking out of the center hub piece. The other two have studs in the spinner and thread into the center hub piece. The one that is missing appears to have been threaded onto a stud sticking out of the center hub piece. I have seen these spinners on the internet but not sure if there exactly what i need. The hardest thing is trying to find that decal. Does anyone recognize it???? Thank you

I have seen them referred to "swept wing" spinners. They are aftermarket. There may be a manufacturer's mark on the back of them to provide a clue. It might be easier to purchase four new than to try to find one.

Just a different thought or approach. If you cant find the one decal for the spinner, then you might think about buying four new decals that match and replace all of them. It might be easier to replace all four as a match, then try and find one unique decal.
