Default Corvette Composite Rear Spring

Will a Corvette Composite Rear Spring from a 1967 fit a 1975?

It would be nice if it would.

And what composite spring was on a 67? Unless the composite is steel and rubber, it never happened.

This response must be from the NCRS cops !

He asked if it would fit, not if it would pass judging at Bloomington .

Then how in the crap are we supposed to know if it will fit. If its been changed, we don't know what it is. The early spring is not as wide as the later C3s but you can make any of them fit, if you change enough stuff. How much stuff has been changed? You know?

Possibly. My Corvette Illustrated Parts Catalogue lists the same rear spring 63-77. Do you know who made the fiberglass spring? You could check application with the manufacturer.

63Split63: NCRS and Bloomington are two different things.

I do know that but thanks anyway.

I was just making a point about the neg type of post that hinders people from asking questions on the board .

This is a VBP 360 # composite rear spring.
was designed for a 1963 1964 1964 1967 Corvette.

Is the spring to heavy for a cruiser?

yes it will work in a 75. GM didn't change the rear end cover until 78. I think it will be a little still for a cruiser. 330 would probably be a better spring rate to have.
