Clutchless manuals
Hey guys, I was just wondering where and what brand is the best for this. Are they even still around? My grandfather faced a 68' camaro and had one and said they were common back in the day for 1/4 mile racers.

The winston cup stock car guys used to use jericho transmissions and shift w/o the clutch, not sure what transmissions they used today, they are still 4 speeds though. For drag racing you can look into a lenco. Those are the ones with the 4 or 5 levers you see, one for each gear. I'm sure lencos are not cheap. If you want to dragrace, use a th350 or 400 with a manual valve body. For road course stuff, use a clutch.

I was going to do drag racing but to be honest, I wouln't be able to enjoy a sunday drive. I'll probably get a 5 speed automatic or something along those lines because i'm not very good at shifting fast enough for drag
