Good news about my cooling system
I replaced the 180 thermostat with a 160 and it dropped the temp by 15 deg. Pretty nice. My BeCool radiator was getting me worried that it didn't do anything when it was running at 210. But we're at 195 now and I'm gonna go down 2 heat ranges on the plugs next and see how that goes over. Man it's tough sometimes cooling these things. Maybe a dual electric setup should be kept in mind. :yesnod:

Yea I just went to a 160 and cant wait for a good hot day to see how it does :D
BTW i do have electric fans and a high flow pump, brass radiator tho.

210 is too much for me. It starts to choke off the engine and the fuel starts to boil. So I added fuel line wrap yesterday and a 160 thermostat and it's working much better. Now to wrap the headers and I'll be good till I can get the new engine in
