Installed new Coolant Temperature Sensor...
Yesterday I installed a new coolant temperature sensor on my Duntov. The old
sensor never produced accurate readings... With the old sensor, the temperature
showed zero degrees when cold and 7 degrees when hot :lol: :lol:
Today I drove the Duntov to work and the temperature was between 125 and 164
degrees... this doesn't seem right either...
Maybe I need a special sensor for for the Duntov Digital gauges....
I checked the old sensor for a part number. The only number I found was "76"
Does anyone know what kind of sensor this is?

You might try calling Rogers Corvette Center in Maitland, he has a DT in the showroom (unless you bought the one he had) and maybe someone there knows if you need a special one.

I have number 4. Rogers Corvette Center has number 1!!!

I don't think that they know. However - I might call them if I don't find the right sensor anywhere else... I also thought in calling the manufactorer of the Duntov Turbo - American Custom Industries....
