Hey Blue73 can you tell me where that brown wires exits the main loom. I have the Anti Diesel solenoid on my 73 but cant find the brown wire. I am thinking someone might have chopped it off and if you can tell me where it exits the main loom I might be able to hook mine back up. Thanks!

calif phil - goes thru the firewall by itself just below where the wiper relay (I think that's it) is. I have not traced it any further than that. Could not get a good picture of it.

Thanks I found about 1/4" of a snipped off wire coming out of the loom where you suggested. It's Brown with a Black tracer. Now I need to find a length of wire that color to wire up my solenoid.

Any chance you can post a picture of the other side of the carb? I'm trying to hunt down a choke pull off rod for my '72, a picture would really help.
