Default Pulls to the left --- why?

Greetings all - the "nothing fancy"'77 has taken to pulling to the left, especially on acceleration. Things done so far (not all for the left pulling situation) - new trailing arm bushings, 4 wheel alignment (from Vette shop recommended alignment shop), at alignment shop suggestion swap front tires left for right - still pulled just the same. I've adjusted the centering on the power steering valve thingy and have it right on.

Between rear bushing installation and alignment I found the bolts holding the bushing in the lower control arms to be backed out to the point the arms were moving forward to back - with one bolt missing completely. (a long story how I came to discover this situation)

Do I need new tires? (current tires are 18 month old/20K mile T/A Radials) Are there any other adjustments - I'm missing? Having to drive every single second is a bit of a nuisance.

If everything is tight, I'd check to see if your caliper is sticking. Is the left wheel hotter?

I had the same thing happen in mine, only it was the upper control arm bushings and I did not notice until one of the wheels caved in.

thanks for the replies

Good news - alignment shop called and I corrected the problem prior to the alignment.
Not so good news - already checked tire pressure it was/is right on.

I've had a set of brake pads on the shelf for awhile - I guess if any of the cailpers is sticking/stuck it will be obvious when I change the pads?

Any brake job tips?

rrent
just jack it up and
see if 1 wheel is tight.
If everything is OK increase caster on the side it pulls to. (or decrease caster on the other side) I fine tuned my 61 like that. Don't know the numbers, but it tracks straight.
Did the shop do the rear too? the rear can throw off the front.
