Need Air Conditioner system o-ring sizes
I searched the archives, and I have read related discussion threads but I have not found an answer.
Last Summer I replaced all of the o-rings in my system. Some were not correct size and they leaked.
If no one knows of a complete o-ring kit available through a vendor, does anyone know how to measure the fittings for I.D. and O.D. to determine the proper individual sizes?
There has to be an answer than 'trial-n-error'. That gets too expensive.

The last detail ( http://www.tld-corvette.com/ ) has a kit of GM "O" rings with a few of each size. They are an excellent on-line vendor for service and price. Their part number for it is 519313 :cheers:

I replaced the seals on my A/C also, but thought I would just take the rings I needed and go down to the local parts shop. I thought I sized them up exactly, but they seemed always to leak. The ones that leaked were always the ones I replaced. :mad
So I just ordered a o-ring kit from Corvette Central and replaced the entire o-ring set. Recharged and have not had to do anything to my A/C since. :yesnod:
