#1 body mount reinforcement bracket
Ok, I need to change both of these.
But is there even a way to access the back side of the mounting surface on the cowl? Seems to be inside the vent?
Do I need to remove absolutely everything to get back there, or should I just blind rivet the bracket from the front side?

I have used blind rivets to attach, but you may need to support the backing plate to be able to push the rivet through it. I used a bent pick to go through one of the other rivet holes to help hold the plate against the firewall during the riveting process. It also helped make certain that the plate was properly lined up for the other rivets.
