Seat upgrade questions

I am thinking about upgrading to corbeua's a4 seats, and selling my old ones. What would be the best way to mount them, I have read several posts about people not liking the corbeua tracks and some people using factory tracks. I am trying to find the best/simplest solution.
I want to put my seats up for sale soon so I am trying to see what I should keep, if the factory tracks will be of no use to me then I will sell them with the seats.

Actually been looking at some seats on flea bay, anyone know of any there that fit well?

I got the Corbeau Sport seats, but haven't installed yet, car still in paint shop. You can also now get the lumbar support and heating element for their seats. Good luck!
