I rented a sand blaster and a gas powered compressor and did it myself. Total cost, $150. Sand all over the place, including in my ears (mask had a hole), but was worth it. :D

I am buying a sandblaster this week to do my 68 frame with. It's a 60 pound pressure model and it's $100 at a local farm supply store. Then I'll do it myself. I was quoted $250-$350 from a local shop.
