Default Rear wheel movement

Been getting a slight chunk in the driver side rear Jacked it up and the wheel moved 1/8 kinda all the way around.Rear wheel bearing time?
No noise or grinding just movement the pass side does it but 1/16 instead of 1/8 motion.Thanks in advance
Good weekend to cruise here in OHIO.

In and out movement or did it seem to pivot? Either way it could mean bearings or the wrong shims were used.

If by "1/8" you mean 1/8" then you're right at the allowable limit according to Pfahnstiel's (Van Steel) book. I think it's safe to say it's time for new bearings.

thanks it always helps to hear it from another forum member thats been around.
I looked at your profile I fueled planes at Van Nuys and at Garrett air research at LAX I loved working in the aircraft industry.Fueled everything from a tr-2 to a 747sp (a while back).
Go cruise Big Bearfor me find the waterslide into the big bathtub and take a pic for me ive been trying to describe it to some East coasters and they just dont get it well most of them anyway .HappyVetting

Would kinda do it all the way around right left and top and bottom.piviot not in and out ,youve done this before eh?
