Default electrical issue signal light/dome light

I was installing the power door lock wiring harness the other day and I went to hook up the battery to see if I put the harness together properely and at that time all lights etc were working properly. Well I hadnt put the electrical tape around the bare wires yet and long story short the wires touched and everything went dark.....as expected I blew a fuse. Anyway I found the blown yellow 25 amp fuse and replaced it. However my right turn signal flasher on the instrument panel and my ceiling dome light dont work anymore. I looked at all the small plastic fuses for blown ones and checked the light bulb in dome light but none of them looked damaged. any ideas what it could be? How can I fix this its driving me crazy!!

I'll look at the schematics and see what I can come up with.

Funny-same thing happened to me. Also, my battery light stays lit when I turn the car off.
