Default overheating

Been a while since I have been on this site! Anyway, I just had my engine rebuilt and now I'm experiencing overheating all over again. A few years back I replace the entire cooling system from a new radiator to a high flow water pump and a new heater core along with new hoses and belts and install a 160% thermostat. Problem solved at that time. Now I have the problem all over again. I'm thinking of replacing my 5 finn fan and clutch with a 6 finn fan and eliminating the clutch, along with a new sending unit. Any feed back would be Greatly appreciated. It's driving me

How are the seals around your core support and radiator? You can have the most ultrabitchin' cooling systems on one of these cars but if the air is going AROUND rather than THROUGH the radiator it's all moot...the heat exchanger can't exchange heat if all the potential incoming air is going around the radiator and filling up the engine compartment behind it.

Don't get rid of the clutch fan. I don't understand why anybody would want to do that at all. If your clutch fan is worn out, replace it.
