Default Dragging Brake Question

I just completely replaced all the brakes and components on my 76. ie. Calipers, Pads, Rotors, Lines, Hoses, and Master Cylinder. Everything seemed to check out good. I took the car out for a 20mile cruise and when I returned to the garage the left front was extremely hot. I noticed wheel bearing grease on the wheel and beauty ring. I immediately jacked up the car and could barley spin the wheel. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Possible faulty caliper....? Bad Wheel Bearing...?? I'm not sure where to begin. Thank you

Crack the brake line and see if that releases the caliper, then go from there.

Just pulled off the wheel and tire. Crack the line and pushed the caliper pistons back in. Rotor turns fine everything seems to check out okay. I bolt the wheel back on and tighten the lug nuts and I can barley turn the tire and wheel while its jacked up. Could this be a bad wheel bearing?

Wheel bearing checks out okay. I pulled the caliper and bolted the wheel back on and it spins freely. I have read somewhere about shimming a caliper for proper spacing to prevent drag. Where can I learn how to do this and purchase these shims?

You might have a rear rotor on the front or have bent caliper mounts.
