Default 68 Shifter plate question

Does anyone know what the "cross flag" emblem on the 68 shifter plate should look like? Is it all chrome or painted? If painted what colors? Any one have a color picture. Thanks

They are painted just like the nose emblem. My console flags had the paint wore of (coomon) so i just cleaned it up, and they are plain chrome

Here's a picture I took from the original '68 sales brochure. This looks kind of cartoon-ish, but that's what happens when you take a digital photo of a 34 year old magazine. This also shows the no longer available manual shift boot, for those with manual tranny's...

Paragon still sells the original rubber shift boots, but when I ordered one it was of VERY POOR Quality.
