Interesting AC Blower fan speed issue...

Interesting AC Blower fan speed issue...
All the fan speeds work, except one, Medium Hi. High works, lo works, medium works, no Med Hi. If you put it in Med Hi, it blows as if it was in low. Pulled the resistor on the air box, it looks to be in good shape, no rust, all the springs are intact. What does that leave? Could the switch be bad but all speeds work but Med hi?

No power at the lt blue wire with the blower on Med Hi. Yellow was hot, nothing else was, I'm kinda not all that good at wiring, can you help me as to where to look next? Should I test the Lt Blue at the switch, or is there a fuse in-line somewhere?
