New exhaust

I just received my new SS 2 1/2" chambered exhaust today. Cool.... Sure beats my 2" Midas setup Bubba installed. I cannot wait to get this bad boy installed. I know it's not the best setup one could have on a BB, but it will sure sound 100% better than the current sound. My Toyota truck with the Borla setup sounds better than my 427 with the Midas mufflers(except WOT). My wife caught me pulling a Tim Allen in the garage; More power ooohhhhhhhh....

Picked it up from Ecklers (not sure who their vendor is). The SS was $690.

If $690 for stainless is a bit steep for ya (It was 4 me!), Mid-America sells a regular set of 2 1/2 inch chamered pipes for $299.99....... I :D 'em

It should install fairly easy without mufflers to mess around with. Is each side just 2 pieces? What are you waiting for?? :) Get out there and do it!! :) MJ

I also was going to get the Aluminized, but Uncle Sam is sending me back some money so I though why not the SS. Now I just have to figure out this jig-saw(6 pieces). The could have atleast labeled some of the pieces. Geesh....:crazy:

I'll have to take a picture when I get it setup on the floor.

Here are a few pics. My only issue is where the tips connect goes down to 2". Oh well. Everything else is 2.5". I took a shot of the chambers, but it did not come out that well. It looks like thin wire formed into a star shape with dozens of these stars going down the chambered section.
