Hello
My 68 rear rotor seems to be frozen to the rear spindle and wil not pull off. the adjustment holes on the rotor do not line up with the spindle either.
anyone have any ideas on how to get the rotor off?
Since the adj. hole for the E-Brake dont line up means its been apart before so your probably dealing with a rust issue between the rotor & the spindle itself (or possibly the parking brake shoes being stuck too far out), I used to spray ( PB Blaster, etc. )the area around the hub and let it sit awhile then get a flat faced punch and smack it a few times between the wheel studs and center of the hub, it usually frees it up enough to get movement, Good Luck, Peace,,, moosie
