Get a B&M Shift calibration kit for the governor and start experimenting with weights and springs...
In my experience, stick with your stock springs and just start playing with the lighter weights....You will likely have to pull your governor and change weights atleast 10 times to get it exactly where you want it shifting...
OH and make sure your kick down switch is working because that will raise the shift points some on its own....Verify that it is working before you start tweaking the governor.
