Default Electric choke Hookup

Just curious those with an electric choke on your carb, where are you running your wire for the choke too? I have read splicing in with the hot wire to the wipers, or are you running the wire into a empty spot on your fuse panel? That makes the most sense to me.

Thanks....

I just recently converted to electric choke and ran power lead to the wipers. It was pretty simple to tap the wiper wire which was what the directions suggested and looks like what most guys are doing based on my research here on CF.

Used the "IGN" terminal in the fuse block, it is hot with the key on and dead with the key off. Also ran a 7.5 Amp in line fuse on the wire.

I hooked mine up Saturday to the Wiper wire. It didn't do any good though the choke is frozen the carb is kind of old. I plan on buying a new carb because this is not the only thing wrong with it.
