I just bought this car and there is a squeaking noise coming from the rear end during acceleration. When i let off the gas it stops. The more gas i give the worse it gets until a certain degree. The sound seems to be coming from the rear passenger side but i am not certain. Any thoughts on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for your help. Did you replace the ones in the drive train or the ones in the rear axle?

When I found a bad u-joint on the drive axle, I replaced all the u-joints (drive shaft and drive axles). I just felt if one went bad another would soon follow.

There are six u-joints. Two on the drive shaft, and two on each drive axle. Research u-joint replacement on the drive axles prior to changing them as you can easily damage the u-joint flange if it is not supported properly.
