engine compartment wiring help

I bought new engine and a/c harnesses to freshen up the compartment while the engine is out. I also bought a vehicle schematic, assy. manual and service manual. My problem is that I have wires that don't seem to plug into anything and aren't shown on the schematics. The old harness had some wires that weren't connected, but it also had a bunch of splices. I labelled every wire on the old harness prior to removal, but my writing got smeared and is now illegible...Any suggestions?

If it is on a 72 I might be able to help. What wires are you having trouble with. There are some wires for the emission stuff that are not needed. I do not have air but could help you out on the engine side.

call the company that made the harness, I found they (M&h) were very helpful.

Engine stuff seems to be all hooked up. I found one wire should be connected to the trans (the wires were still on the trans., which was out of the car). The other seems to be bonus wire and looks like it probably is part of the HVAC.
