Choke stuck?

Default Choke stuck?
The car is a 78 L82 Auto.

It seems as if the choke on the car is stuck, if you let your foot off the brake, the car will move quite a bit. Is there an adjustment that needs done or what?

What is the idle speed set at? How about the high speed idle circuit? I assume this is on a Q-jet?

To answer your question no idea.

And to help, I don't have a functioning tach.
Yes, its a Quadrajet.
