The components for the heim-joint rods themselves are off the shelf parts, available from most any supplier of racing parts (Summit, Speedway, Jegs etc.)-- I made my own. I recently provided a list of the part numbers to another member, PM me if you want it. Matter of fact I have most of the parts to make another set, still in the plastic, I'll sell you that stuff for a good price if you want it.
The tricky part is the spacers, and plates to eliminate the cam bolt. I don't know of anybody that sells those except as part of a kit. I made my own out of some 5/8 and 1/2 ID dom tubing and some flat stock. A chop saw or cold saw and a drill press make it easy, but I see no reason why you couldn't do it with cut off wheel in an angle grinder, a hand drill and a bench vise.
