I'm a newer member and have read many posts. Thanks to all that I have gleaned info from. I have a '71 that has been a project for a few years. My sons and I got it running (non-original 454) and now I'm working on the electrical - I'm a pipefitter, not an electrician! When I connect the battery, the horn beeps (I replaced the relay - no help), and none of the interior lights work (instrument cluster, courtesy lights). The headlights and taillights work, though. There are a few wires at the firewall that have been snipped - I think one or some from the TCS?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

you must break down to indiviual problems, one at a time to get good answers.
Horn blows, probable a shorted steering wheel switch.
Remove the green wire from the Horn Relay, located on drivers side above the a arm assy.
then go back later and trace out the short in the steering wheel.
provide detailed desriptions, wires cut? what color, where at?
if you really want help upload pictures so we can see you problem area.

I would also unplug the black so the relay will disengage.
