poly grease location??

poly grease location??
When I install the poly bushings in my control arms, where does the grease go? On the inside of the bushing where the inner sleeve is? On the outside of the bushing between it and the outer shell? Or both? Thanks!

That is confusing, I think that is for trailing arms, but I get the point as to where to lube, thanks.

I saw a grease recommendation, for poly bushings, that said to use waterproof marine grease.
I picked up a tub at the boat store, and used it. No problems after 4 years. The grease is green in color.

slather grease everywhere ... EXCEPT female threads in the ends of the CA shaft.
Final step: spritz threads out w/ carb cleaner, DRY, then install clean bolts w/ Loctite.
